Living Fully~ Episode #18

Living fully is an Acceptance of where you are and how far you have come. Looking back from this time and vantage point you realize that you are and have always been in control of your circumstances and your life. Living Fully does not mean that Life is always going to be perfect and with no obstacles ahead in your path. Living fully is accepting responsibility for your choices and being satisfied with the results. It is an understanding that Life will have its ups and downs, but you can choose how to act and react and how to move forward.


It is not always easy to Live fully in every area of your life, but becoming aware of what might be missing, of what might bring you more joy, what might brighten your day, can challenge you to change or add something better to your Life. Living fully is learning to Live without regrets. Living fully means, if your life did not turn out like you wanted or envisioned, you still accept, embrace, and be grateful for where you are and how far you have come. When you Learn to Live fully, is when you truly begin to Live.
